CAROL HERNDON, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Founder and Director Horizon Blue Yoga
Carol received her 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher certifications at Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine, Florida, under the guidance of Master Yoga Educators Deva Parnell and Christopher Baxter, both formerly associated with Kripalu Yoga Center in MA.
Additional workshops and trainings have been with Yoganand Michael Carroll, Sarah Powers, Nischala Joy Devi, Doug Swenson, Dharma Mittra, Julie Lusk, Anodea Judith, Chaya-Sharon Heller, Marlysa Sullivan, and others, and continues studies in Ayurveda Lifestyle and the newly-created Yoga Therapy Certification.
She has taught a variety of classes extensively in south Georgia and north Florida, designing classes for beginners, intermediate-level students, special populations, and a light-hearted approach to power yoga for the advanced practitioner.
Karen is passionate about yoga and enjoys exploring various styles. Her commitment to yoga will be a strong factor in her success as a yoga teacher. Her classes are certain to be fun!
Susan's personal yoga practice and interest in yoga led her to deepen her experience through the Horizon Blue Yoga teacher training. She can attest to the benefits of a consistent yoga practice, both in her personal life and in her profession as a prothetist. Certified in December 2011, she now teaches in Boston, Georgia.

Andrea is a long-time practitioner of yoga and completed the Horizon Blue Yoga teacher training program in December 2011. Andrea has a busy life as a wife and mother of a three-year-old daughter while completing a university degree in Journalism. Her yoga practice is a key to bringing balance into her life. She now teaches in Valdosta, GA.

Judy's personal yoga practice keeps her flexible in order to be effective in her profession as a psychiatric nurse and counselor/therapist. As a certified yoga teacher, Judy enhances her broad range of skills, as well as deepening her personal practice. Certified in December 2011, Judy now teaches at O'Toole's Herb Farm, Madison, FL, and in Lakeland, GA.
Yoga is an important part of Debi's life personally and as an occupational therapist in the public school system. She applies techniques learned in the yoga teacher training program as a treatment modality in her profession. Her students benefit from her intuitive, gentle manner and approach. Certified in December 2011, she now teaches in Nashville, GA.
